1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Yomiru, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Embed Aggregator
Yomiru is an embed aggregator. We index publicly available embed codes from third-party video and image hosts. We do not upload, host, or control the underlying media files. All takedown requests for hosted content must be directed to the respective hosting services.
3. User Content
By posting comments, feed posts, or other content on Yomiru, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content. You are responsible for content you post. Do not post spam, hate speech, illegal content, or personal information of others.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Yomiru is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for content hosted on third-party services. Our maximum liability to you is limited to amounts you have paid us in the last 12 months (if any).
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
