1. What We Collect

We collect your email address and username when you register. We store your watch history, watchlist, and ratings to provide personalized features. We log error events for platform stability. We do not sell your data to third parties.

2. Cookies

We use a single HttpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in (7-day TTL). We use localStorage to persist watch progress and preferences client-side. No tracking pixels or third-party cookies are set by Yomiru.

3. Advertising

Yomiru does not currently serve third-party advertising. If that changes later, this policy will be updated before any new ad or tracking technology is introduced.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Session tokens expire after 7 days. Error logs are purged after 90 days. You may request full deletion by contacting privacy@yomiru.buzz.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Contact privacy@yomiru.buzz to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Yomiru is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately.
